personal note I want to say THANK YOU for making
Dick Lamade
my new best
friend. This program was a complex one regarding the ground
transportation. Normally the DMC will have
several contacts during a program; the person assigned to the
arrivals – the VIP’s person, the departures person…the lead at the
Hyatt – the lead at the Gaylord...etc…I believe
you understand what I’m trying to say.
But you gave me 1
person for the whole transportation program and Dick knows his
stuff. This made my job so- so easy.
I truly appreciate
it and I’m passing the word out to our clients that how it makes
such a difference when you work with an expert.
By
the way all our on-site staff just said the same especially Keith
who worked everyday for Astellas and was
in contact with Dick many times. It also made his job much easier to
have 1 person to go to (beside me)”
